1) Website monitoring – £30 per month
Within this service we:
- Provide ongoing website maintenance on your live website
- Run automated daily checks to ensure your website is running correctly
- Monitor major updates & security plugins to prevent viruses and malware issues
- Manual visit to your website and submission of your contact form each month
- Place a test payment each month for relevant websites
The objective is to test/monitor the website to ensure it’s running correctly, for this service we charge a fixed monthly fee.
2) Website Maintenance – WebWorks – from £95 per month
If you require more help on an ongoing basis we offer a more involved package called WebWorks.
Within this package you will receive Website Monitoring and a range of additional services, this package requires us to be more involved and we are on hand to help with your website.
This is charged at £95, including service 1 and an additional hour per month of work. Additional time is charged at a reduced rate of £65.
- Priority service to your account manager (office hours)
- Advanced website testing and monitoring
- Testing & repair of broken links and missing pictures within the site
- Testing of the site on new browser versions and devices (including mobiles)
- Content management
- Assistance with website backup, retrieval and restore
- Creation/monitoring and review of Google Analytics account and basic training
3) Website Maintenance Security Updates
Normally carried out as part of our website monitoring and maintenance service but could be carried out on non Popcorn sites if requested. We create a backup of the website, run virus checks, check the software versions and those of any third party then update and fully test the website.
